We at Hatchaway Bridge Farms offer a small and intimate equestrian development. Half of our 17 large estate size lots are sold and all to equestrians who share the love of riding. Hatchaway's group rides twice a week and even a Mock Hunt and breakfast during hunt season is the mark of a fun equestrian life-style. Our community of horsemen thus far have built unique and custom farms each with its own style and flare.

The 8 remaining lots range in size from 10 to 20 acres and are subdivided in a way that offers plenty of privacy. Each lot is cleared or thinned just enough to show off its beauty and lovely home site potential, with enough trees remaining for your personal landscaping discretion. Each lot in Hatchaway is a little different, some have a nestled in feeling - cleared with large pines like the Ponderosa, and some a cozy feeling with old growth hardwoods and others with an open, sloping hillside view.

All bridle paths lead to the center of the development where they open out onto a lovely European style Derby field. This large grassy area offers a fun variety of jumps including a water feature, bank jump, coups and several colorful stadium jumps. Right beside the jump field sits a regulation size dressage ring for flat work, with professionally engineered footing and a sprinkler system to keep the footing just right. Each varied trail offers large hardwoods for shade and up and down terrain with that perfect Aiken footing. The trails abound with natural jumps all with a pleasant approach and easy go-round.

Hatchaway Bridge Farms is nestled in the lovely rural east side of Aiken often dubbed Polo Ally. Surrounded by three Eventing Centers, three Polo Clubs and close proximity to all four Fox Hunts, Hatchaway Bridge Farms offers close access to all equestrian activities, yet is still only ten minutes to down town Aiken.

Come drive through our lovely curving lanes to see why so many equestrians are enjoying Hatchaway Bridge Farms.
